Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act

You don't need to be a large manufacturer for this to be a concern. This well intended but poorly written Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act, passed August 14, will affect you even if you are just sewing up one of a kind clothes on your Mom's old Kenmore to sell on e-bay. As a consumer you may not be able to find your favorite natural products for children. This is a complex issue. I'm still really confused but trying to understand.
